I have been in the information technology industry since 1980. Much of this time has been custom application development
on various platforms such as IBM System 36, 38, AS400 and personal computers/servers. Environments include education,
distribution, agriculture, general retail, banking, with a majority of the time in manufacturing.
Projects start by meeting with the users to understand their needs, then design, build and install the application. Then work
with the users on implementation.
